What are Optional Payments in the Corporate Actions API?
In the Global Corporate Actions API we offer a GetDistributions and GetDistributionsByExchange endoints. In certain distribution events you might see multiple records for the same event. This is caused when the issuer announces more than one payment option for a shareholder. For example, shareholders may be able to elect to receive a dividend in one currency or another.
